Sweet Art Cakes Miami offers you the option to buy online and pick up in the store, with no shipping fee incurred
PROCESSING TIME
We process orders Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays.
Orders received after 6pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day (Due Date is after 48 hours for some products). You're contacted when the order or part of your order is ready for pickup and notified if anything changes
Due Date exclude holidays. You will be notified of changes in the pickup dates.
Orders are processed pending credit verification. Please allow 1 business days after placing your order for processing.
PICKUP PERSON
If you place an order online, you are the primary pickup person. If you believe that you may not be able to pick up the order, you can designate by phone an alternate pickup person. Call us and notify the change +1 (305) 668-0060).
PICKUP TIME
After the store notifies you that your product is ready for pickup, you can come to our store and pick it up (See our schedule). The products will be held for 48 hours. If your products isn't picked up within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and your account will be issued a 0% refund.
Note: A valid government-issued ID is required to pick up the order.
