In Sweet Art Cakes Miami are all baked fresh. We work diligently to make sure every order is make and serve correctly.

If you have received an incorrect or defective product though ours delivery, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact us at +1 (305) 668-0060 the same day of received the item to advise us of the situation. Proof of purchase will be required.

WE DO NOT REFUND REGRET PURCHASES. DESSERT, CAKES, COOKIES, CUPCAKES, ETC ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS MARKED AS CUPCAKES, POPCAKES, COOKIES, DESSERT, CAKES, OR SALE ITEMS.

We are not responsible for any damages of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the order or pick up the package at time in the store. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the products after picked up in the store.

Please note that refunds (if apply) can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and you will get a refund in the original form of payment.
